is pre-configured with available information as appropriate.
• Microcode verification – ensuring that the equipment is at
the latest or requested level of microcode.
• Environmental audit so that the installation area is equipped for the install including cabling, power, floorspace and air conditioning.
• CI's logistics team ensures hardware deliveries are consolidated and shipped to meet project deadlines.
All of the above actions minimise disruption to your network or operations during the actual installation. Our engineers stay with the install through acceptance and cutover to the production environment. We also offer skills transfer packages that will train your own staff in managing the network once it is up and running.
