We
have several packages that can be tailored to meet your specific needs,
but many clients take advantage of CI's 'On-Call Support' service. Engineers
provide support remotely or onsite when requested. This is not simply a
call-reporting service for network problems, it allows clients to ask questions
on any number of subjects including configuration queries, design questions
and software/microcode compatibility issues. If dial-in access is available and permitted by the client, many problems and issues can be resolved without the need for more costly onsite support optimising our client's budgets for network support. |
