CI's clients have direct access to skilled networking professionals 24 x 7 covering all protocols and networking technologies. Our technical support takes many forms, from a remote telephone service right through to onsite support, remote installation support or network design advice.
  We have several packages that can be tailored to meet your specific needs, but many clients take advantage of CI's 'On-Call Support' service. Engineers provide support remotely or onsite when requested. This is not simply a call-reporting service for network problems, it allows clients to ask questions on any number of subjects including configuration queries, design questions and software/microcode compatibility issues.

If dial-in access is available and permitted by the client, many problems and issues can be resolved without the need for more costly onsite support – optimising our client's budgets for network support.
